After graduating from Baylor University College of Dentistry, I adventured to Aspen, Colorado, breaking new ground as the first and only female doctor in practice. This thrilling and pioneering experience enriched my professional and personal growth immensely.

Returning to Texas to be with my parents post-retirement, I embraced a new role as a professor at the University of Texas College of Dentistry, excelling in research and teaching across multiple disciplines.
